User testing with real users is one of the most effective way of improving usability of your website.

Procedures for the user testing consist of initial selection of the participants for the test and an entry interviews with the test participants.

Monitoring of a user interaction with the website tested including video footage of the user (camera overviewing the user interaction with the computer) paired with the screen footage (Camtasia software will be used to record the display) is employed to gain better overview of how users interact with the website.

We finish the testing by exit interviews recording a user feedback and answers to the set of predefined questions. Analysis of the interviews and feedback papers follows and final report with recommendations from the test is then delivered to the client.
